We default to fixtures rated for harsh conditions and seal every penetration with the right gasket and sealant for the temperature range.

Can you install holiday lighting?
Yes. Seasonal install and takedown is something we offer, especially in Breckenridge where snow and roof access make DIY risky. We use proper exterior-rated lights, hide wiring, and remove cleanly.
What about landscape and outdoor lighting?
Yes. Path lights, accent lighting, soffit and eave, post lights, and exterior wall packs. Mountain weather is hard on outdoor fixtures, so we install with weather-rated gear, sealed connections, and routing that stays put through snow and ice cycles.
Do you install recessed lighting in finished ceilings?
Yes. LED retrofit cans in existing ceilings, new construction cans during a remodel, and dimming-compatible drivers throughout. We dust-protect, cut clean openings, and patch around the work as needed.
