Can Steezy handle multi-trade projects?
Yes. Most of our work involves several trades at once, especially kitchen and bathroom remodels. We coordinate paint, tile, carpentry, lighting, and finish work in-house instead of juggling separate contractors.
Do you take on small jobs, or only big remodels?
Both. Our Home Improvement service handles smaller jobs that other contractors often skip, things like drywall repair, vanity swaps, door fixes, and trim work. Whether the project is one room or whole-home, we treat it the same.
Do you work on short-term rental properties?
Yes. STR remodels are a regular part of our work. We focus on durable finishes that survive guests, layouts that photograph well, and infrastructure like smart locks and Wi-Fi that property managers can support remotely. Common across Breckenridge and Frisco.
How does scheduling work?
After the free in-home walk-through, we send you a written quote with a real timeline. Mountain construction has short seasons for some work (exterior paint and stain in particular), so booking early in spring or summer is usually a good idea. Talk to us about your timeline and we'll fit you in.
